Introducing a New Online Training Model

The old online training model was about broadcasting a generic message, with no involvement of the students. You just sat and stared at a slide show with the hopes of gaining some useful information. This type of training failed because it lacks the interactivity needed to learn complex concepts.

At LearningWerks, we use a new online training model that stresses interaction between the instructor and the students (much like you would have in a small classroom). Our model includes Q&A with expert instructors, hands-on exercises, and short quizzes to reinforce important concepts.
